Just as you like it.
After ordering the delivery of the Package, we inform the Recipient via SMS and/or e-mail that the Sender has prepared the package label, and a link to the delivery manager is added to the message, where the recipient can manage the further delivery of the package.
We send another message by e-mail or SMS in the morning on the day of delivery and inform about the 3-hour time interval for the expected delivery time and the phone number of the delivery person.
In case of a failed delivery attempt, the Recipient receives an electronic notification and can immediately manage the further movement of the Package via the Internet.
Through the delivery manager, it is possible to choose one of five options for flexible delivery:
- Delivery in the new term
- Delivery to another address
- Giving consent to leave the
- Package at the agreed place without the Recipient's signature (does not apply to Packages with ransom payment)
- Personal pickup of packages at the nearest GLS regional warehouse (depot).
- Refusal to download packages.
