How do I pick up a package from a parcel locker?
Through a special code that you will receive in an SMS/e-mail message.
In the SMS message, it will be the receipt code itself, while in the email, in addition, the QR code will also appear.
What is the time to pick up the package?
You have up to 72 hours to pick up your package from the moment it is placed in the parcel locker. When the package is ready for pickup, you will receive a message from us that it is already waiting for you.
Can I pick up a package without a pickup code?
