ExplanationA GLS trailer caught fire on Wednesday 2 October. As a result of the fire and extinguishing efforts, a large number of parcels were severely damaged. If one or some of your parcels are affected, we will inform you through a letter by tomorrow at the latest.
Ireland

ExplanationDue to the announcement of a new measure (NCTS 5) by Irish Customs, export parcels for Ireland can no longer be shipped via the UK. These will now be shipped via the ferry at Dunkirk directly to Rosslare. This changes the transit time from 48 to 72 hours.
