Is QR return the right choice for you?

What does it cost to get QR ShopReturn?

Our QR ShopReturn solution costs the same as regular returns using GLS. As a customer, you can therefore use the service at no extra cost.

Can I use QR ShopReturn for international shipments?

Unfortunately, we currently only offer QR returns from Danish Parcel Shops Danish web shops. If you have a lot of parcels going abroad, please contact us for a tailor-made solution that suits your needs.

What data does QR ShopReturn use?

We only need the customer data that is already in your possession. This includes name, address, country, postcode, city, email, and phone number.

Can I use QR ShopReturn to get to know my customers better?

Yes, QR returns make it easier to analyse your returns and performance. It allows you to stay ahead return reasons and keep your customers happy
